The purpose of the PPE masks is to filter the inhaled air avoiding the entry of polluting particles into our body and they are used to prevent contagion of various pathological agents: influenzavirus A, influenzavirus B, avian influenza, coronavirus, (MERS-CoV, SARS-CoV (SARS), SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19), Yersinia pestis and tuberculosis.
