KENEX DPC griddle degreaser

The KENEX DPC griddle degreaser is a very effective product with high alkalinity, suitable to clean and remove burnt and scorned grease specially from griddles in the kitchens of the food and drinks sector and group settings.The formula for this griddle degreaser includes surfactants and solvents that facilitate a fast action and easy removal of grease residues.

Instructions:

• Spread the product over a hot griddle with a spatula, and leave on for 2 or 3 minutes.
• Pour water on the griddle and stir. The water will evaporate and the grease will come off.
• Remove the grease and rinse thoroughly with water.
